When you submit a booking or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, property address, and details about the documentation service you're requesting. We do not ask for and do not want you to submit Social Security numbers, lease documents, or banking information through our forms.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule and complete a documentation visit, prepare and deliver your report, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell your personal information.
Photographs and reports
Photographs and reports produced during a documentation visit are prepared for the client who booked the service. Copies may be shared with other parties to the tenancy (for example, a landlord and tenant both receiving a Move-In record) only as arranged as part of the service.
File retention
Report files and original photographs are retained for following delivery. We recommend saving your own copy after you receive it.
Third-party services
Form submissions on this site may be processed through third-party services (such as form-handling or messaging providers) solely to deliver your request to us. These providers do not use your information for their own marketing purposes.
